Shane joined Doctors Vision Group in 2025, bringing with him an impressive blend of financial expertise and advanced data analytics. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a Master’s Degree in Data Science, Shane also holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he distinguished himself both academically and athletically as a member of the Varsity Rugby team.
Before joining Doctors Vision Group, Shane excelled in leadership roles within high-growth private sector organizations and made significant contributions to the public healthcare system in Ontario. His diverse experience equips him with a strategic perspective that drives operational excellence and innovation.
Originally from Lucan, Ontario, Shane now resides in Kilworth with his wife and two children. He is deeply committed to leveraging his skills to empower our healthcare professionals, ensuring they can deliver the highest standard of care to their patients. Outside of work and family life, Shane is an avid golfer and hockey enthusiast.
