Originally from Orangeville and now based in London, Ontario, Erin has a particular interest in workflow optimization, dry eye technologies, and patient education. As a Certified Optometric Assistant and Ocular Hygienist, Erin is committed to continuous learning, driven by her curiosity and passion for advancing her knowledge in the industry. Erin utilizes her creativity and community mindset in her approach to in-clinic education. In 2021, she was honored with an Arts & Culture Award from the Town of Orangeville in recognition of her community contributions as a professional musician during the pandemic. Her diverse experience as a healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and artist enables her to implement innovative solutions that streamline clinic operations while fostering empathetic, patient-centered care.
